Finding the perfect foundation can be so difficult yet so magical when you do! My personal needs in a foundation are pretty simple: light weight, great coverage and helps achieve the look I’m going for. I have a few different foundations that I am madly in love with for different looks:

For a matte finish...

Nude Miracle Weightless Foundation by Lancome was my very first foundation I purchased from Sephora when I first got into makeup!  Nude Miracle goes on liquid and finishes as a matte powder. The best part is it dries smooth and NOT cakey. A little goes a long way - I get about 3 drops per application. I have used this all year round with no problem.

For a dewy finish…

Studio Face and Body Foundation by MAC was my next foundation purchase for my birthday! I wanted a glowy and dramatic look - something that screams “I’m 23 people!” This is a sheer coverage foundation which is very buildable - great for spring/summer. What I love about this foundation is that it contains a moisturizer, so I’m never feeling dry. This one definitely helped me accomplished my look.  

For a satin finish…

All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation by NARS  is hands down my favorite foundation ever! I’m pretty sure it’s the most popular foundation that I’ve seen other beauty bloggers use in their tutorials. It’s super light and long-lasting, literally, it lasts until I wash it off before bed. It’s oil free which is perfect for me because I have combination skin and can get somewhat oily in my T-zone. It has an effortless and flawless coverage - which is great for everyday. This is the Holy Grail is foundations!

For the quick finish...

Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation by MAC is for the girl who’s running late. When I need something quick and easy, I just dust this on along with some concealer. It’s medium coverage with a matte finish of course. This one is also great for the spring and summer because it’s incredibly light. Add some “gold deposit on my cheek bones and mascara for a “no makeup look.”
